Are you newly qualified and wanting to get into a graduate program to assist you with work readiness and experience? Then consider applying for the following. Applicants will go through a screening process and the successful individuals will be placed on a structured learning program that includes workplace experiential learning over a period of at least 12 months. The program builds practical competencies in sales, negotiation, and promotion techniques. All learners, who are successful and embark on this will obtain 139 credits. Our client is a reputable, well known holding company. Their Cape Town business unit forms part of their Global Organization, and is a notably a Top Employer in South Africa. Drive sales and KPI related activities ensuring all customer sales related targets are achieved Review and present customer and route KPI's actual/forecast Review sales performance with Traditional Trade customers with the view of growing the companies market position and business. Complete daily tasks timeously and correctly. Build strong relationships with all external customers Where necessary liaise with external merchandising services to achieve the most effective merchandising practices. A valid South African ID A valid South African code 8 Drivers Licence (A code 10 licence will be advantageous) Be able to drive a crafter An Active Bank account and a SARS number Certified copies of all certificates / proof of qualification A 3-year national diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing No previous experience required
