An Agritalent client, a leading agribusiness, seeks a Grain Marketing Specialist - Responsible for provision and design best practice solutions for grain customers and to provide technical market advice to all stakeholders in market access value channel. - Responsible for implementation of procurement practices for grain customers according to mandate. - Act as an advisor on grain decision-making. - Assist with increasing the percentage market share of the silos. - Assist with provision of solutions for farmloads for several stakeholders (including mills and traders) to increase effectivity. - Solution design for procurement of grain - Bachelor's degree in agricultural economics, business, finance, risk management or a related field (with SAFEX). - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in grain marketing, trading, or related fields. Skills/ Competencies: - In depth knowledge of grain markets. - Knowledge of agricultural industry. - Great interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Great financial management skills.
