Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media posts, advertisements, website content, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms and marketing channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and design creative campaigns and promotions. Produce engaging multimedia content, including images, videos, and animations, to enhance our online presence. Social Media Community Management: Manage and oversee daily social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from our social media community in a timely and professional manner. Foster and grow an active online community by initiating conversations, encouraging user-generated content, and organizing online events or campaigns. Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills. Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience in social media management and community engagement. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
