GRC software solution Business Development Manager - Centurion

Key Deliverables:

- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales, focusing on the South African public sector.
- Prepare business cases, proposals, tender responses, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Maintain accurate data with all necessary information in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Educate customers by actively increasing industry knowledge.
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge and sell unique benefits of the solution.

Required Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Proven software sales experience in the South African public sector.
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

Behavioral and Soft Skills:

- Must be target-driven, dynamic, and confident with excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior public sector individuals.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Strong multitasking abilities across various projects and clients.
- Excellent presentation skills.

Education & Qualifications:

- A Matric certificate is mandatory.
- A completed Business Degree or similar is highly desirable.

Experience:

- At least 5 years of experience in a software sales role, consistently achieving targets.
