Job Experience & Skills Required:

Crafting monthly Shareholders' packages with meticulous attention to detail
Collaborating closely with Business Units to develop monthly reporting materials
Supervising the reporting and management of group cash flow
Leading group consolidations encompassing approximately 8 entities
Facilitating due diligence processes as required
Compiling investment documentation for potential acquisitions
Offering support services to startup companies or recently acquired entities
Overseeing Group Profit and Loss (P&L) management
Evaluating business processes within Business Units to optimize efficiency and profitability
