Popular family restaurant group seeks a competent Executive chef who can look at their current menus. modernize them and change the feel of the restaurants a bit . You should be able to plan the new menu and train all the staff the have a very successful relaunch You will manage all the kitchens to make sure they meet HACCP standards etc too Are you creative ?? But able to manage food costs well . Could you look at menus for a large group , train the staff in a few big changes then relaunch a menu ? This job could be yours You will travel to each of the stores regularly , improve Hygiene and staff knowledge all the time .You will become fully responsible for everything to do with the kitchens including the running of a central production kitchen .
