If this is you apply today Execute meticulous coordination and completion of global tenders for apparel retailers, demonstrating unparalleled attention to detail Lead and manage a high-performing team of two, providing strategic guidance and robust support to ensure all objectives are met with excellence Maintain critical input cost metrics across all production facilities with precision Ensure strict adherence to Group frameworks for overhead cost allocation in global operations Annually update raw material costs, labor, and overhead recovery rates based on approved budgets and capacity plans for all production facilities Conduct quarterly reviews of performance against recovery rates using actual quarter-end results to assess the need for adjustments Oversee the preparation of quarterly cost driver schedules, considering both macro and local economic impacts, for: Incorporation into bi-annual and annual contract price adjustments Review by senior management in Group forecasting decisions Lead the rollout of RFID and Variable Data programs, guaranteeing successful implementation and timely delivery Oversee the development and deployment of innovative costing modules across the group, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives Ensure strict adherence to tender award pricing in respective supply regions, managing any deviations within specified mandates Accurately estimate quarterly Forward Exchange Contract requirements for RFID inlay purchases, optimizing financial outcomes Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years experience within the senior finance team Excellent project management Proven experience in tender management and preparation, demonstrating great attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Management Accounting Manufacturing experience Contact CORNE JONKER on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF019068 .
