Group Finance Manager - Pretoria
Requirements:
A Chartered Accountant (SA) qualification with at least ten years experience working as a senior member of a finance team;
Experience in
Public Entities or State owned Enterprises
A sound track record in Financial Management at senior management level;
Knowledge of
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, VAT and PAYE;
Experience in financial business systems, trends and integration points with modules and/or applications;
Ability to design and structure a finance support function that will provide efficient and effective support to the business;
Ability to build a successful team and strategic relationships;
Ability to analyse complex financial information and make sound observations and recommendations;
Planning, organising, flexibility and adaptability skills;
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
Attention to detail and financial acumen;
Preparation of consolidated budgets and audited annual financial statements;
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the
PFMA
mandated reporting requirements;
