Group Finance Manager - Pretoria

Requirements:
  • A Chartered Accountant (SA) qualification with at least ten years experience working as a senior member of a finance team;
  • Experience in Public Entities or State owned Enterprises
  • A sound track record in Financial Management at senior management level;
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
  • Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, VAT and PAYE;
  • Experience in financial business systems, trends and integration points with modules and/or applications;
  • Ability to design and structure a finance support function that will provide efficient and effective support to the business;
  • Ability to build a successful team and strategic relationships;
  • Ability to analyse complex financial information and make sound observations and recommendations;
  • Planning, organising, flexibility and adaptability skills;
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
  • Attention to detail and financial acumen;
  • Preparation of consolidated budgets and audited annual financial statements;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the PFMA mandated reporting requirements;
