Responsibilities:
- Management:
- Oversees corporate accounting and finance functions, including reporting, financial consolidation, and treasury management.
- Manages month, quarter, and year-end close processes, ensuring adherence to IFRS and accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Coordinates financial audits with external firms.
- Budgeting:
- Plans and coordinates annual budget and monthly forecasting.
- Financial Analysis:
- Manages Financial Consolidation software.
- Leads process improvement projects in Finance, Accounting, and IT.
- Reviews monthly financial reports, manages credit compliance, and oversees external reporting.
- Employee Management:
- Provides accounting and financial guidance to Operating Companies and CFO.
- Develops accounting talent and enhances internal controls processes.
- Additional Accountabilities:
- Acts as a strategic business partner on cross-functional teams.
- Supports Mergers & Acquisitions activities.
- Prepares documents for Board and committee submissions

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Chartered accountant CA(SA) accreditation is essential.
- 8 to 10 years corporate finance experience
- 5 years managerial experience
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
