Our Client, based in Somerset West is looking for a Group Financial Analyst to join their team The role of the Group Financial Analyst is to assist with the analysis of the financial results of the group Job Specifications Help in reviewing and challenging subsidiaries financial results, forecasts and budget (P&L, Cash Flow, KPI’s) including deviation analysis Provide financial analysis for Retail and Web Channel, monitoring the results, tracking business KPI’s and supporting the management in developing action plans Implement and control group policies and procedures Participate in projects in finance and accounting Coordinates group requests with the subsidiaries (information collection, summary and presentation) Any ad hoc request within Group Finance function Minimum Requirements Degree in Business administration or related areas Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational environment Previous experience in a BTC business and FP&A Auditing experience would be an asset Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Extensive knowledge of BI Exceptional Communication (both spoken and written) IFRS knowledge is required Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently Well organized – proactive, rigorous and flexible Service-oriented and courteous Capable of working with minimum supervision Able to adhere to tight deadlines and work under pressure Must have good critical-thinking skills Kindly note that by submitting your application for this career opportunity, you agree that Guardian Recruiting may use your application for the purpose of the recruitment and selection of the said position, and this information may be shared with the relevant stakeholders in the business.
