RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Group Financial Controller to join our clients team in Johannesburg. As the Group Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to provide strategic financial insights and drive business growth. Responsibilities Proven experience in building out a finance function including processes, teams and systems Strong technical skills to understand and design the financial system infrastructure Excellent reporting skills Detail oriented and efficient Ability to manage tight deadlines Problem solving and decision making Ability to work efficiently in a broad cultural spectrum Analytical skills Numerical ability The ability to objectively interpret and translate complex information Systems thinking Stakeholder engagement Requirements B Com Accounting Honours Degree or NQF 7 equivalent; Qualified CA(SA) 8 years’ experience in accounting or finance at a group financial level. Experience in Big 4 Auditing Firms advantageous.
