Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Qualified CA At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial services Up to date IFRS knowledge & experience Broad Technical Requirements & Competencies Financial policies and processes – implement, manage & improve, whilst ensuring legislative compliance. Financial Accounting – prepare accurate monthly & annual financial statements. Management Accounts – monthly variance analysis & explanation. Audit & Risk – plan, implement, conform & mitigate as per all statutory requirements – financial & other. Taxation – ensure fully compliant & punctual returns with PAYE, VAT & Provisional Tax. Forecasting, Budgeting & Treasury – cashflow planning & financing within group and externally. HR & Payroll Behavioural Requirements & Competencies A motivated, committed & hard-working self-starter.
