Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze BOMs and transfer prices, ensuring accuracy. Compile monthly reports for the management committee. Strategic Collaboration: Work with departments on cost-saving strategies and new specifications. Stakeholder Management: Provide expertise in variance reporting, compliance, and audit reporting to executives. Leadership & Development: Lead financial training initiatives, implement IT programs, and contribute to development initiatives.
