Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) with 4-6 years post articles in a FMCG environment
- 2-3 years with people management experience
- Maintaining meticulous accounting records
- Implementing financial systems, and driving best practices continuously
- Regulatory requirements, support the CFO in regulatory and tax reporting,
- Insightful analysis for informed decision-making
- Monthly reporting and consolidations on at least 3-5 entities
- Prepare detailed reports for the Board and Shareholders
- Providing clarity on reconciled items and fostering transparent communication
