Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across the entire group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the strategic direction and financial success of the company.Job Experience & Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance CA(SA) 3 years in a senior financial management role, preferably within the transportation or infrastructure sector Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team Proficiency in financial management software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements within the transportation industry Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the group, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, providing insights and recommendations to senior management Manage financial risk by implementing effective internal controls and compliance measures Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and improve financial efficiency Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement APPLY NOW If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
