Reference: JHB004668-Dom-1A well-established manufacturing company located on the East Rand is looking for a Group ISO and Health & Safety Administrator to join their team Minimum Education: Matric / Qualified First Aider / any related tertiary qualification (OHS, ISO, Quality, and Implementation) Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 solid years’ experience Duties and Requirements include but are not limited to the following: Qualified First Aider - Responsible for all first aid boxes. Internal Audits Planning and Management thereof - Conducting annual internal audits based on the quality management system. Ensuring that the organisation complies with industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems, such as ISO 9001. Ensure all relevant systems and processes are in place to satisfy external bodies for example customers, certifying bodies and auditors. Assist departments to set clear objectives and targets, swot, processes, procedures, works instructions, risks, opportunities, and strategic direction. Reporting on achievement of those targets in management meetings. Managing all health and safety for the group and ensuring all health and safety requirements are met. Ensuring all health and safety appointment letters are in place. Ensuring all fire drill and relevant practices are in order. Dealing with the Department of Labour regarding health and safety issues. Ensuring all contractors sign a section (32) agreement and inductions take place. Managing contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements. Responsible for arranging yearly medicals for staff. R 25 000 - R 30 000 - Monthly plus plus the companies medical aid and pension fund contributions, funeral, disability, and group life c
