A high growth Fintech platform is looking for a curious group reporting accountant to deliver high quality financial reporting to Business and Finance leadership, including ● Monthly management packs ● Group Consolidation and Reporting ● Budget to Actuals variance analysis ● Unit cost and BU/ Divisional P&L's ● Cost Accounting Models ● Group Consolidations of 18 financial entities ● Support collaboration with the finance team to provide internal controls and processes ● Run the financial reporting aspects of the FP&A Portfolio from Xero and SYFT, including ○ Group Opex Reporting ○ Group Balance Sheet Reporting ○ Group Treasury reporting ● Run and manage the opex forecasting process ● Supporting the year-end, interim and all month-end reporting in terms of the consolidation process and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data ● Ensure applicable policies and processes are created, documented, reviewed, signed off and adhered to ● Responsible for maintaining a reconciliation of BI (Platform) Revenue with Xero Revenue ● Responsible for providing direction and support on the organisational budgeting process applicable to all the entities of the company ● Regularly review the overall organisational expenditure to ensure the expenditure of all entities remain within budget ● Report on and resolve exceptions caused by system errors ● AGA / CIMA / CA ● Consolidation experience ● Group reporting experience ● Experience in accounting software and reporting Tools (Xero, Syft) would be advantageous ● PBI / Looker Experience ● Powerpoint executive R450 000 - R600 000
