Introduction Our client seeks to employ a seasoned Group Reporting Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing the Reporting function and maintaining the group consolidation system, including cash flow and statements. If you meet the above requirements, Apply Now Description Job Description: Maintaining the group consolidation system, including cash flow statements and various adhoc tasks Manage the reporting function in order to produce timeous, high quality group reporting Monthly group reporting Must have hands-on understanding of financial reporting systems Responsible for the compilation of group budgets and forecasts Manage shareholder reporting requirements and deadlines Assist in reviewing subsidiary companies annual financial statements Ensure group remains up to date with all IFRS and JSE reporting Requirements Responsible for preparation of listed entity and group consolidated annual financial statements Qualifications and Skills: CA(SA) – Non-Negotiable Must have minimum 5 years post articles experience Must have exposure and experience in a listed entity/environment Must have experience preparing listed entity group consolidated annual financial statements
