We are seeking a Group Secretary, for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape. Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with 5 years’ experience in administrative roles, including leadership of teams Exposure to submission of statutory documentation and corporate law and governance requirements Secretarial Diploma or equivalent, EE & SDF Certification advantageous Advanced computer literacy including experience in Syspro Valid drives license The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Proactively manage, coordinate and maintain the diary, calls, travel arrangements and correspondence of the Directors and General Manager Monitor and respond to incoming communications on behalf of the Directors and General Manager where appropriate ensuring efficiency and timeous response Perform executive and oversight duties Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and control of service level agreements Excellent typing skills (accuracy and speed) Facilitate and organize meetings (collate, compile and distribute agendas, presentations, minutes within agreed timeframes) Perform administrative support Ensure files (paper and electronic) are kept in order and easily accessible by the Directors Perform submission of statutory documents such as CIPC, SARS, Labour Salary: R20 000.00 – R25 000.00 per month dependent on experience Please email detailed CV and supporting documentation and salary requirements through to glynisbsheldon.colza with “Group Secretary” in the subject line If you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful For more information please contact: Glynis Bentley
