Responsible for coordination of company Academy ETQA, SETA, SAQA and OHS compliance. Administration within Group Shared Services pertaining to Training compliance, Levy-grant system (including SETA adherence), internal and external stakeholder liaison on fund application and claim requirements, inclusive of the implementation and management of information/data flow regarding all training applications, and recovery of the skills development levy from SETAs, to register learnerships, apprenticeships and skills programmes. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE ● Minimum of 3-year degree / Diploma in Training and Development or equivalent ● Skills Development Facilitator Qualification ● Computer literate – proven competence in Microsoft Office applications as well as Mid-range applications such as the LMS-SYSTEM (Learner Management system) ● Adept with SETA systems /tender or grant application systems ● A qualified facilitator and at least 1-year experience ● Assessor and Moderator qualification and experience is an added advantage ● A minimum of 10 years’ work experience ● Over 5-8 years’ experience in a Learning and Development environment ● Over 5 years SDF experience ● Minimum 1-year Facilitator experience ● At least 5 years’ experience in SETA Liaison ● Assessor (and Moderator) experience is an added advantage ● At least 3 years people management experience ● Proven effective negotiation skills/track record ● Proven track record in Skills Development Levy /Funding success ● Proven track record in Discretionary Grant project administration and project management
