Description RPO Recruitment's client in Cape Town is looking for a passionate and experienced Group Training Officer to join their team. As a Group Training Officer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for our clients in various industries. Responsibilities: Identify and assess training needs of our clients and develop customized training programs Create and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on a wide range of topics Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure training programs meet their needs Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience as a Training Officer or similar role within the manufacturing industry. Degree or diploma in Training and Development, Human Resources or related field.
