Work with U.S. Startups and C-Suite Execs as an Oceans Growth Marketer About Oceans Oceans is an outsourcing firm pairing the best talent in South Africa with CEOs, Founders, and Executives in the U.S. The Role: Growth Marketer Oceans is seeking talented candidates in South Africa to become Growth Marketers. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification Plan, create, and publish new content that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages engagement Develop and proactively manage content calendars Run paid media and organic/SEO campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and optimizing conversion rates Track metrics across all channels to generate actionable insights Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and keep up to date on social media platform changes Have full awareness of performance and spend pacing Provide regular feedback on ad account performance Requirements Language : Professional fluency in English, with superb communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) Experience : At least 5 years of growth marketing experience with a strong background in paid media Essential Skills : G-Suite, MS Office, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM Education : Undergraduate degree preferred; relevant experience accepted; other certifications a bonus Who Should Apply This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Growth Marketing who are excited to work for, and learn from, U.S.-based Executives.
