Village N Life focuses on growing their employees through amazing staff programs and incentives. We require a guest house supervisor for one of our self-catering blocks based in De Waterkant to join our established team. Requirements: Grade 12Hospitality qualification (advantageous)Previous experience in the same or similar positionFamiliar with duties and procedures in the self-catering apartments and/ or Airbnb Duties: Ensure all bookings are prepared prior to check insEnsure that customer needs and desires are metEnsure that lobby area is tidy and presentableProvide helpful and inviting environment for guestsIntroduce and maintain the most efficient check-in/out procedures on Opera & WhatsAppEnsure credit control procedures are strictly adhered toTo ensure that accounts are balanced dailyManage the arrival and departures for the dayEnsure that inspection is conducted prior to the arrivals of guestsEnsure that exit inspections are done per departmentMinor maintenance experienceShifts are 2pm - 11pm If you qualify for the position, we would like to hear from you Please send your CV with a recent photograph to apply below with 'Host' in the subject line.
