Guest Relations Officer Location: Waterfront, Cape Town Salary: Between R 9000.00-R11 000 (Depending on experience) 10% on all Floats sold 10% on all Rasuls sold 10% on all upgrades 5% on all contracts sold Yearly salary review. Monthly competitive Bonus Structure. Bargaining council – Pension. Duties: Make guest bookings, re-book and actively promote spa and services. Answer phone calls and emails. Monthly Reports. Cash up duties. Ensure spa is set up and ready for guests as well as welcoming guests in warm friendly manner. Perform back-up therapy, if not qualified as therapist must be strong guest relations officer. Requirements: Qualified in ITEC or CIDESCO or previous experience is spa industry with great guest relations references. Computer literate and previous experience in ESP advantageous. Confident, warm and friendly. Minimum 2 years experience in 5-star spa. Working hours: Shift Work. 08:00 – 19:00 Monday-Saterday (07:30 – 16:30/ 09:00 – 18:00/ 10:30 – 19:30) 8:00 -17:00 Sunday and Public Holidays Closed on 25th of December. Annual leave 1.25 days per full month of work. 8 days off per month, includes 1 weekend off per month.
