Duties & Responsibilities Monthly Cashflow spreadsheets Income and Expense spreadsheets for various entities Rental invoicing & statements Importing of bank statements & reconciliation Capturing supplier invoices and reconciliation Importing bank statements & reconciliation Various municipal accounts: check, processes, reconcile, e-tshwane accounts TPN updates and action when needed Rental Enquiries, residential rental contracts Petty Cash Reconciliations for site staff members Capture all petty cash recons onto Sage (staff & retail sites) Desired Experience & Qualification Min 5 years experience Matric Tertiary Qualification would be an advantange Fully proficient in Sage Pastel Partner/Evolution Fully proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel spreadsheets) Desired Skills: Bookkeeping Sage Pastel Pastel Evolution About The Employer: Join a well-established property development company and utilise your financial skills.
