We are Hiring A well-established organization is looking for a Handyman must have a experience in Painting,Welding and Plumbing etc. Location: In the surrounding areas of Tshelimnyama,Marianhill and Pinetown areas. Requirements: years of experience as a handyman A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience with appropriate electrical tools and equipment In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems Positive attitude and good communication skills Problem solver Attention to detail Matric Must be criminally clear Must reside in the described locations above or surrounding areas. Handyman duties and responsibilities: Clean facilities regularly Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs Regularly perform various landscaping tasks Fill gaps and provide painting services Perform lightning installation and carpeting Repair equipment and various machines and appliances Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems. Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks. Oversee the sprinkler system and trash containers on the company premises. Conduct performance assessments of company appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens and coffee makers. Provide clients’ with support and guidance on maintaining their equipment.
