HCV Underwriter - Pretoria
Functions:
Requirements:
- Responsible for the underwriting of new and renewal business on Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) and Goods in Transit (GIT) risks
- Ensure that risks are written within the companys risk appetite and maintain an acceptable loss ratio
- Deal with day to day queries and amendments to existing policies
- Maintaining and building good customer relationships with brokers
Requirements:
- RE 5, NQF Level 4: Short-Term Commercial Lines and must be registered with FAIS
- Minimum of 5 years heavy vehicle commercial underwriting experience
