As the Head: Chapter Lead - QA, you will lead our Quality Assurance (QA) team, driving the successful implementation of QA methodologies, processes, and automation technologies within DevOps and Agile frameworks. Collaborating closely with senior executives, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets product design and security standards. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping the future of our QA practices and driving excellence in software development. Lead and manage a team of 10-15 QA professionals, overseeing the implementation of QA methodologies and automation technologies. Collaborate with senior executives to define and codify quality standards, ensuring banking-grade security and maintainability of software. Drive the adoption of test automation as part of a broader DevOps transformation. Inspire and coach team members to adopt new ways of working and drive efficiency in software development. Establish and maintain a continuous improvement plan for QA, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the timely delivery of work. Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to align QA activities with business priorities. Monitor and manage QA activities, providing progress reports and ensuring the successful delivery of quality software projects. Identify and recommend external partners for the delivery of best-of-breed technologies suitable for QA. Requirements Deep understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies, processes, and principles. Experience in leading transformation and change management processes within software development teams. Proficiency in Microsoft DevOps (software) and other relevant tools. Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives in QA. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field. DevOps and/or Agile training certification.
