Candidate Requirements:

Culinary degree or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in a similar role in a 5* environment
Outstanding leadership and team management skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent hygiene and safety knowledge
Exceptional creativity
Strong administrative abilities with excellent cost control, stock management, price comparisons, staff rosters and more
Expert knowledge on food trends both locally and internationally
Innovative menu development
The ability to handle high pressure environments
Excellent computer skills
Fluent in English both written and verbally
