Your main responsibility will be to lead and motivate the team to consistently deliver quality work that will elevate clients’ products to the highest standards. You will also take part in creating strategies, goal setting, and training. What you'll do Lead the in-house animation team Provide creative direction and hands-on guidance with projects Be responsible for the animation in 2D and preferably also 3D Improve the team's capabilities by assisting and developing training approaches Take part in the leadership team giving input into strategic planning and goal setting What you'll need A university degree or equivalent 10 years of experience 3 years of experience in a leadership role Advanced skills in animation and design Proficiency in Adobe CS (AE, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) Cinema 4D
