Description Our client an emerging supplier of premium quality consumable ethanol in Zambia and other African countries in currently looking for a Head of Sales (B2B) to join their team as soon as possible in Zambia. They are specialized in the production of high-quality Extra Neutral Potable Ethanol. They constantly improve our manufacturing processes to meet the ever-changing needs of the market while remaining committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Job Summary: They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to grow our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, creating robust processes, liaising with authorities and spearheading market development efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities and expand their market presence. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. • Create and maintain effective sales processes to streamline operations and maximize efficiency. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and authorities to ensure compliance and facilitate business operations. • Spearhead market development initiatives to capitalize on emerging trends and consumer preferences. • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience & Skills: • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Distillery industry. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies. • Knowledge of modern trade channels and market development strategies. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
