About the role: The mission of RoomRaccoon’s Head of Brand and Product Strategy is to elevate our brand presence, drive the strategic direction of our product offerings and help RoomRaccoon become the most adopted hotel management system in the world. As the Head of Brand and Product Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the perception of RoomRaccoon in the market, ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers while contributing to the broader business goals through effective management and coaching of your direct reports. We are looking for a Head of Marketing with a proven track record in building a brand. Strong opinions are welcome. We want an expert in communicating value and generating excitement about our product - for our customers, staff and prospects. A deep understanding of Product Marketing is highly desired. Your main duties and responsibilities will include - but are not limited to: Responsible for marketing RoomRaccoon with a focus on demand generation strategy and brand communication Leading the development and execution of RoomRaccoon’s brand strategy, with a focus on enhancing brand awareness and differentiation in target markets. Collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership Team to define and implement product strategies that align with our brand positioning and drive business growth. Championing the RoomRaccoon brand internally and externally, ensuring consistency and alignment across all touchpoints. Overseeing the Product team to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our product offerings. Ownership of RoomRaccoon’s brand reputation Partnering with the Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Digital Marketing to ensure that brand and product strategies are effectively integrated into marketing initiatives. Overall responsibility for our Marketing Team of 15 people. This includes responsibility for recruitment, team development and all operational matters. Monitoring market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform brand and product strategy decisions. Ensuring the effective management of the annual Brand and Product Strategy budget, with a focus on maximising ROI. Working closely with the Chief Product Officer to define marketing strategies for new and existing features Focusing on market reviews to follow hotelier trends and competitor activities Management and accountability of your annual Marketing budget About you: Our perfect fit has/is: Language requirements: Proficiency in English is required. Additional proficiency in any European language would be advantageous. Qualifications/Experience: Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and product strategies in a similar role, ideally within the SaaS industry beyond €10 million ARR. Experience scaling brand and product portfolios in dynamic and competitive markets. Skills/Attributes: Highly positive attitude with expertise in brand development and product strategy. Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams. Proactive mindset with the ability to drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment. Efficient time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
