To ensure business stabilisation post organisational restructures. To drive transformational change while managing the transition from the current to future state. To optimise business process, policies and standard operating procedures, embedding the target operating model for optimum strategic alignment. •Manages the implementation the bank's target operating model, to improve the bank's overall processes and procedures to achieve efficiency and productivity. •Collaborates with the bank's executive committee in designing, assessing, and enhancing the organisational structure of the bank, fostering executive alignment and mobilisation. •Identifies and implements short to long-term measures to reduce the organisational impact of transitioning from the current state to future state •A Postgraduate tertiary qualification in Business Management (Ideal - MBA) •Experience in a revenue-generating role in financial services - 10 years •Operational and general management as well as leadership experience in a comparable environment
