As a key member of our organization, you'll drive the development and implementation of BI solutions to support decision-making processes across departments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the BI team in designing and implementing data models, dashboards, and reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Drive the adoption of self-service BI tools and empower users to access and analyze data independently. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve BI capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience in leading BI projects and teams. Expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools. Strong understanding of business processes and KPIs. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
