Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the BI team in designing and implementing data models, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Drive the adoption of self-service BI tools and empower users to access and analyze data independently.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve BI capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading BI projects and teams.
- Expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of business processes and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
