Our dynamic client is looking for a dynamic, financially minded individual for our Head of Commercial Finance position. This critical role requires a strategic thinker capable of driving financial strategies while supporting various departments. Pure source is responsible for the management of all solar, generator and borehole/water projects for the clients Group across South Africa, as well as external clients. The successful candidate must have extensive experience working in the financial space. He/ She will be responsible to develop, lead and manage all commercial activities of Pure Source business. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Strong knowledge of best practice controls. Analytical skills. Ability to work under extreme pressure to tight deadline. Leadership and teamwork skills. Strong technical understanding of financial reporting and management. Strong analytical and problem solving capability. Decision and initiating action. Adapting and responding to change. 8 - 10 years of experience in senior financial management in a major institution, preferably in the solar or real estate industry. International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Minimum 5 years leadership experience. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, specifically SAGE, Archibus, MDA, DealPath. Project Management skills. Property / Real Estate experience advantageous. Finance Management: Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) R108 300 CTC
