Reference: JHB000082-HRM-1 Job Purpose: To provide leadership, direction and vision in the development, implementation and delivery of a shared service portfolio of activity across the company. Ensure that the portfolio encompasses leadership, operational and transactional activities in the areas of legal, HR, ICT, OHS, graduate development, contracting, performance, and administration support. Key Outputs: Shared Services Strategy creation and implementation. Stakeholder engagement Business operations, project and performance management. Policy and procedure development Financial and systems management People management and development Minimum qualification: Post Graduate Degree or Honours Degree (NQF 8) in Business or Finance or Administration or Management or Office Administration or Human Resources Desirable qualification: MBA/MBL will be an added advantage. Minimum experience: A minimum of 7 years' experience leading the provision of support services in a large Organisation, of which of which 5 years should be in a senior role; experience in Water and Sanitation or government and/or related industry Proven experience in developing strategic plans aligned with high-level organisational goals; and leading the achievement of strategic goals and objectives through the delivery of high quality customer focused services.
