Being risk averse and meticulous in ensuring all design specs are followed, all calculations are correct and that all policies and procedures are in place is your area of expertise and passion. Minimum Requirements : BSc/BEng/BTech Electrical Engineering with PR Eng/PRTechEng is a must. 10 – 12 years Electrical Engineering & a minimum of 5yrs in a leadership or management role Experience in BESS and 5yrs in the C&I solar sector. Experience in planning & implementing business strategies commercially. Risk verse – process & planning oriented with strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to delegate, motivate and engage in client interactions with satisfactory results.
