Reference: NWN000028-NBo-1Our well- established client spear-heading the energy, IT and solar industry is looking for a self-motivated, industrious Head of Finance to join their team based in Johannesburg North. This is a hybrid model, the successful candidate needs to ensure that they have a work from home office as well as stable and secure internet/ WI-FI/ fiber connection. Your main job function will be to implement financial processes and procedures, implement a new ERP system, run projects and manage budgets. Other duties include but not limited to: Review and track management accounts, cost/revenue ratio’s and accounting processes Providing reporting on spending trends and overage Creation and management of the relevant financial processes and procedures Regular tracking of actuals vs budgets Create KPI’s and tracking together with Operations in order to accurately establish the individual and combined goals of the staff Record the assets with the accounting team to the balance sheet Identify, create and manage reporting requirements for financial transparency and visibility Education: BCom Honours in Finance or Accounting/CIMA beneficial Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role Process implementation experience non-negotiable ( needs to be on CV) IT industry experience Financial acumen Excellent communication skills Team player Organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure Deadline driven APPLY NOW If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
