Responsibilities:1.Safeguarding the companys short and long term financial health and profit objectives in close co-operation with and support of the Managing Director2.Accounting and controlling of all companys activities3.IT/Admin4.Logistics and Service AdministrationDESCRIPTION OF THE RANGE OF DUTIES1.SAFEGUARDING THE COMPANYS FINANCIAL HEALTH AND PROFIT OBJECTIVESThe Head of Finance & Administration has the overriding duty and responsibility to ensure that all companys operations, procedures, actions, appointments, investments and expenditures, policies and decisions contribute positively to the companys short and long term financial health and the achievement of the companys profit objectives, as stated by the parent company, by providing timeous, accurate, objective information, advise and decisions of the highest moral and ethical standards, to the Managing Director.The Head of Finance & Administration provides the management team - of which he is a member- with reports and counsel when required, timeously on all matters financial, procurement, logistics, admin and IT.2.ACCOUNTING1.Ensure the correct recordkeeping, processing and administrative handling of all financial information in line with company guidelines and country legislation.2.The timeous preparation and sub-mittance of company reports and statutory returns. 3.Preparing the annual financial budget, including the preparation of the capital expenditure plan, IT investment
