Development of products per market segment Drive and achieve sales of credit products Prepare financial spreadsheets and models to support new and existing credit products Drive efficiencies to ensure the management of workflow volume Responsible for data integrity of information used to manage and monitor credit risk Ensure that processes, policies, systems, and people, are in place to achieve strategic objectives Profit and Lost (P&L) responsibility Manage risk and apply risk frameworks Deliver consistent and timely credit risk decisions Continuous improvement Lead and manage the performance of direct reports Develop individuals to perform at their best Manage under-performance is proactively managed.
