Reference: CNT000460-ZM-1Our client in a reputable organisation is looking for Head of People to lead and optimise people shared services, ensuring efficient and cost-effective people operations, and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders. The goal is to centralize and standardize services to achieve cost savings, process efficiencies, and improved employee satisfaction. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Masters level qualification in Human Resources Management or Business Management or equivalent Minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources Management of which a minimum of 5 years should have been in a senior management role with exposure to managing shared services and other functions of the HR value chain Experience working within the Financial Services or Professional Services sector would be advantageous. MAIN OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Function: As may be required, design and or review the Shared Services operating model and value chain to align with the People strategy; Product and Operational Management: Oversees and manages the strategic day-to-day People operations, including payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, employment relations management, People Information Systems, and talent management and recruitment Stakeholder Management: Identify key stakeholders and customers of the People portfolio, and via engagement and collaboration, build sound substance-based relationships that will benefit both the Shared Services and the organisation People Management: Champions the vision, mission, and values of the People component Financial Management: Demonstrates an understanding of the financial and commercial sustainability variables Apply Now
