They are looking for a Head of Product who can leverage their experience to deliver great products across the organisation. Responsibilities:Set product vision and strategy in line with the organisation's IT strategy.Drive development and enhancement of new and existing products.Ensure superior user experience across all products.Mentor and lead the Product team.Coordinate with business, technology, and support teams to achieve a unified product-led vision.Establish and manage partnerships for product development.Oversee product development activities and resolve resource constraints.Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the product life cycle.Proactively address risks across the product development life cycle.Key Capabilities:Strong product management background, especially in restaurant guest experiences, digital, and data-led business systems.Experience in matrix interaction with business, technology, support, security, and architectural teams.Bachelor's/Master's degree.Over 10 years of leadership experience in CTO, IT Management, or Product Management roles.Familiarity with software development methodologies and product management principles.Proven track record in process improvement and creative problem-solving.Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Are you ready to take the next step in your career or a hunger to get experience in the restaurant experience?
