Our client within the in the textile industry is looking for a Head of Production & Operations. This position is on a contract basis with a view to go permanent.

Min 10 years experience in the textile industry in Production & Operations
Ability to design and implement new systems and processes
Sync system experience is A MUST
Advanced excel skills
In-depth knowledge of fabrics and production processes
Problem solving
Proactive and organised
Lead production and quality team to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards of customers
Production planning factory order allocations based on capacity, style and units
Work with quality control team on factory quality and audit processes
Proven methodology of order tracking and production oversight
Assertiveness to drive delivery dates under short turnaround times
Full aspect relating to all operations processes, etc.
Ability to hold factories accountable
Oversee factory compliance with support from team
Identify specialized skills within factories that can create new opportunities with clients customers
