Reference: 9320 NB Consultant: Nine Broodryk Job Description: Put in place the appropriate team structures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training material and target KPIs with incentives and fully document existing 4 sales channels Continually monitor call stats and lead/sales data to drive improvements in daily lead-sales conversion rates and maintain Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) . Launch new sales channels including various different Outbound Sales teams and scale them efficiently to 10-50 agents. Collaborate closely with other Senior Managers and teams (Training, Product, Onboarding, Service, Tech) to implement product improvement ideas, promotions, etc. Coach and motivate Team Leaders to perform at their full potential with effective support, guidance and coaching so that they can coach their teams effectively. Foster an energetic and vibrant sales environment with a passion for maintaining a high performance sales team with outstanding conversion rates. Champion a transparent, metrics-driven culture with a strong work ethic and values while also creating an energised and fun environment. Nurture future Team Leaders internally by focusing on hiring the right people and creating the right structure and environment to develop them. Work closely with HR to improve current recruitment, onboarding and coaching and also to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and for all other HR matters. Participate in development Sprint meetings to ensure all features and bug fixes required by sale are prioritised to maximise sales. Qualifications: At least 5-10 years in a sales leadership position managing large teams. Prior experience having managed more than 100-200 employees Prior experience having built and run Outbound Sales teams Prior experience in high consumer and high volume of product sales Solid leadership and sales management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Degree in Business or relevant field Strong analytical and problem solving skills Energetic, dynamic and quick thinking Comfortable with technology and Data Analytics Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage stressful situations How to Apply: Email your comprehensive CV to exceedhrexceed.co.za.
