Reference: CON001679-Kyle-1- Define, implement and manage statutory debt recovery processes,including Debt Review, Administration, Sequestration, Insolvency andDeceased estates.- Manage relationship with the Debt Review outsourcing provider; trackvendor compliance with SLA and contractual obligations.- Manage and monitor NCR complaints, queries and audits.- Act as a mandated official for Debt Review NCR related matters; Manage,resolve, monitor and report to the business on reckless lending queries.- Define, implement and monitor effective recoveries strategy in line withbusiness appetite.
