Head of Technical Implementation - Johannesburg
Requirements: 10 years' experience in software and hardware implementation projects, solution architecture, management of complex client deployment projects. Technical and business architecture 5- years senior management experience 5years' project management experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required KPAs: Liaise with C-Suite to align, prioritise and determine the feasibility of introducing new technologies into the ecosystem Lead the Technology Implementation team to continue the planning, development and implementation of an updated technology roadmap, including timely decommissioning of legacy systems and the creation and transition to sustainable modules, applications and platforms, based on best practice Oversee all stages of ideation from infancy through to maturity, encompassing both new and existing within the Technology product lifecycle Applies security principles to all design and development work performed Manage and coordinate the programme of deployment delivery globally Technical ownership of the product set of functions Repository and document management Technical template architecture design management Management of training and technical documentation collateral Lead the development and implementation of digital application initiatives across the organisation Adhere to the prescribed procurement process Establish policies and procedures relating to technology implementation Effective Stakeholder Engagement and Management Establish, negotiate and maintain contracts with all third parties and vendors
