JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: The main purpose of the role is to design, implement and optimise business strategic processes and projects for TFG Design, Manufacturing and Prestige (Pty) Ltd. This role develops the technology roadmap to support the business initiatives and digitisation strategy, working closely with the internal technical teams to ensure the required resources are planned for, prioritised and aligned. Provide the 3-year Digital Transformation roadmap to support the business requirements Develop annual budget to support projects Responsible for the development and sign off of the new project ROI Provide Strategic Process Optimisation Project support for TFG Design & Manufacture and Prestige Clothing (PTY) Ltd to achieve its business strategic objectives To align, monitor and report on successful completion of projects To effectively manage the change process and ensure governance and compliance in place Manage relationships with strategic technology providers Ensure technology roadmap resourcing available and aligned with Infotech and other stakeholders Provide Engineering support for Design and Manufacturing Logistics Division Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 10 years Project Management Experience essential Minimum 10 years Managing teams essential 10 years managing budgets essential Candidates with an either qualifications in Industrial Engineering, Programme Management or Information systems is preferable. The combination of qualification and experience in delivering large scale projects in a manufacturing environment. Leadership skills - managing team of Industrial Engineers, Business Analysts and Strong Communication Skills across broad group of stakeholders Business Process Optimisation/Continuous Improvement Analytical Skills Change Management Technical competency and passion with new technologies Behaviours: for Success: Forms, develops and leads a group of individuals toward the achievement of a common team objective Applies market and business insights in order to drive organisational objectives Conveys information and communicates ideas in a clear, concise and impactful manner Creates an environment that fosters and nurtures a culture of creativity which drives success Consistently makes timely, well-rounded and informed decisions Understands and navigates dynamics created by processes, systems, and people Sets ambitious goals and takes focused action to achieve desired outcomes to deliver measurable results Takes accountability and ensures others are held to account on agreed upon performance targets Understands and applies financial concepts and principles to make informed financial decisions Interprets and simplifies complex and contradictory information when resolving organisational problems Assesses and improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of various work processes Develops plans and prioritises initiatives that align to the organisational goals and objectives Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act. They ensure cost-effective and efficient last mile fulfilment and by working together they ensure everything runs smoothly.
