Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the kitchen Ensure compliances with all HACCP standards and Health and Safety policies and procedures. Involvement in menu development with focus on achieving profitability targets Ensure dishes are created to an exceptional standard using fresh ingredients Actively involved in training and developing the kitchen team Working closely with the Executive Chef What are we looking for in a Head Pastry Chef ? Previous experience in a 5 star hotel or high end restaurant Excellent leadership and communication skills Sound awareness of menu planning and development A track record of training and developing individuals to achieve their best A strong understanding of how to keep costs in line and wastage kept to a minimum, and have excellent health & safety knowledge Apply Now
