Job Location: Cape Town Job Type : On-site l Full time Requirements Tertiary qualifications in a pertinent field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Headhunter/Recruiter, preferably in Startup, FinTech, and Cryptocurrency domains. Mastery in sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search. Robust familiarity with African and European markets. Proficiency in sourcing tools like resume databases and portfolio websites. Acquaintance with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience in international recruitment. Demonstrable team-building experience. Superior time-management skills, adept at juggling multiple roles. Analytical and problem-solving aptitude. A meticulous eye for detail, organisational dexterity, and a zest for ceaseless enhancement. Traits: Accountable, ambitious, proactive, adaptable. Responsibilities: Spearhead the sourcing of candidates through market mapping, headhunting, and consistent talent management. Undertake interviews and vet potential candidates. Acquaint talent with client specifics and job descriptions. Cultivate a robust networking framework with existing and prospective talent. Oversee real-time advertising, steering talent pool expectations aptly. Maintain an acute awareness of the landscape, ensuring a perennial match between clients and requisite talent. Engage and immerse in social media platforms and professional networks to tap potential candidates. Uphold organized databases archiving candidate information. Grace job fairs, and helm career-oriented events. Forge lasting ties with past applicants. Employ Boolean search for pinpointing apt candidates for specialized roles. Undertake benchmark studies on remuneration structures and perks across varied roles and seniority echelons. Assess the efficacy of sourcing through metrics like source of hire and time-to-fill per role. Keep abreast with, and endorse novel sourcing strategies and instruments. Networking with current and potential talent. Real-time advertising, and managing the expectations of the talent pool by giving appropriate directives. Working productively to ensure that targets are met. Have a clear awareness of what is happening within your client and candidate marketplace and all times, so you are able to remain ahead of the curve and match clients with the right talent every time. Maintain organised databases with candidates data. Keep in touch with past applicants. Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels.
